START NEWSLETTER (STimulate Aerospace Research and Technology (START) in Associate Candidate Countries ( ACC*) ).
The main purpose of this newsletter is to disseminate information on funding opportunities for research projects in Aeronautics and Space in ACC. This newsletter will be prepared by TUBITAK co-operation with the members of the START project, and published every month.
 
On 6 April 2005 the European Commission announced its proposals for the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) for EU research, accompanied by a Communication, 'Building the ERA of knowledge for growth' setting out the policy objectives.
