Part II Round-table discussion on clustering
Chairs: Michael Neuhaeuser (IFRO) and Mircea Dascalu (BVMW)
Argument: At the first edition, the round-table discussion concluded with the following recommendations:
a) Increased interaction between universities and industry;
b) A strategic plan of research grouping all partners from industry, R&D institutes, universities;
c) legislative actions (industrial property, start-up)
This interaction research-education-industry will be discussed again, with an accent on clusters, which are able to focus and amplify the interaction.
